Hey I’m Lorraine! My interest in property started early. I watched programmes like Homes Under the Hammer and read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and realised that property could be a vehicle for financial freedom.
I always helped my Dad with DIY projects growing up and loved spending the time with him. It took me a long time to leave a safe PAYE
Hey I’m Lorraine! My interest in property started early. I watched programmes like Homes Under the Hammer and read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and realised that property could be a vehicle for financial freedom.
I always helped my Dad with DIY projects growing up and loved spending the time with him. It took me a long time to leave a safe PAYE job, take £50,000 out of my home, meet an incredible mentor and start investing in property for real.
Fast forward three years, and I now own 10 rental properties, all with no money left in (!) and my cash pot has grown enough to continue expanding my portfolio. This journey taught me the value of hard work, self-belief and an amazing mentor!
I really love what I do and I’m inviting others to join me. If you’ve ever had that itch you need to scratch, you just know you’re made for more and you just know you can do it, but don’t know where to start, get in touch.
I never truly feel like I go to work. Problems are just challenges to me now and the lessons I’ve learnt, I now apply to every property I develop at Blue Island Properties Ltd. I fully intend to double my portfolio in 2026. Let’s do this!!!
