How I work with Investors

I believe property investment should be straightforward, transparent, and rewarding. At Blue Island Properties Ltd, I aim to make property investment simple, profitable, and enjoyable, providing opportunities that are mutually beneficial for myself and investors.


Here’s how I work with investors:


  1. Identifying High-Potential Properties – I carefully select properties with potential for value add and strong rental yield.
  2. Deal Analysis – All the key metrics, showcasing why the deal is THE deal.
  3. Adding Value Through Renovation – My team and I renovate and improve properties to a high standard, ensuring they value up properly and are safe, functional and attractive to tenants.
  4. Managing for Income – Once renovated, I manage properties to maximise rental returns while keeping them well-maintained for tenants.
  5. Keeping Investors Informed – Investors receive regular updates, transparent financial reporting, and insights into the progress of every project.
  6. Be involved – as little or as much as you like.

Key details for investors:


  • Typical returns: 10% per annum
  • Minimum ROI timeframe: 6 months minimum interest back in your bank. Or else, why take the risk?
  • Maximum ROI timeframe: 12 months with the opportunity to extend.
  • Approach:  Transparent, hands-on, disciplined management.  Every investment is designed to maximize returns while minimizing risk, providing a reliable income stream and the opportunity for long-term portfolio growth.

  • A  personal loan agreement prepared by a solicitor is completed by me.

  • I always put in the legal and refurbishment costs so I have ‘skin in the game’.
